Who we are
This website is operated by Panelicious Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17258409. We provide a display management platform, enabling businesses to control and schedule content across their screens using our Android app and web dashboard.
Our website
This cookie policy applies to your use of our website and web dashboard, accessible at https://panelicious.com, and to our help centre at help.panelicious.com (together, our “website”).
Our help centre is operated for us by a support software provider, listed on our sub-processors page. It sets its own cookies, which are included in the table below because they are set on a panelicious.com address. They are strictly necessary and are used only to keep the help centre working.
Throughout our website we may link to other websites owned and operated by trusted third parties to make additional products and services available to you. Those third-party websites may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with their own separate policies. For privacy information relating to them, please consult their policies as appropriate.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file placed onto your device (such as a computer, smartphone or other electronic device) when you use our website. We use cookies to help us recognise you and your device, and to store some information about your preferences or past actions.

Why we do not ask you to accept cookies
We do not show a cookie banner, and there is nothing for you to accept or decline. That is deliberate.
Regulation 6 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 requires your consent before storing information on your device — except where doing so is strictly necessary to provide a service you have explicitly requested. Every cookie we set falls inside that exception: they keep you signed in and protect your account from attack. None of them track you, profile you, or feed advertising.
It is analytics and advertising cookies that oblige other websites to interrupt you with a consent banner. We have made it our policy never to adopt a service that sets non-essential cookies. If we ever add analytics, it will be a cookieless product that does not require your consent. If that policy ever changes, this page will change with it, and you will be asked properly rather than presented with a banner designed to be clicked away.

Cookies marked as set on .panelicious.com are shared across our subdomains, so
that signing in to the dashboard also signs you in to the display viewer.
Third-party access to cookies
We do not set third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from automated spam. Turnstile is designed as a privacy-preserving alternative to conventional CAPTCHAs: it does not track you across websites and is not used for advertising. Cloudflare, as our hosting and security provider, may also process technical information about your connection in order to protect the Service from attack. Cloudflare is listed on our sub-processors page.
How to turn off all cookies
If you do not want to accept any cookies, you may be able to change your browser settings so that cookies, including those which are essential to the services you have requested, are not accepted. If you do this, please be aware that you will not be able to sign in, and most of the Service will not work.
